After winning the Dutch Eredivisie title this season, Ajax have automatically confirmed their participation in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League competition next season. In doing so, they have joined a host of top clubs across Europe in finding their way to the competition next season where they will be competing with, and among the best.
All the teams that have qualified now have a common task of bolstering their squad ahead of next season as all of them will be looking to exercise their ability to get their hands on the prize next season. This year’s finalists Chelsea and Manchester have also secured automatic qualifications after the Cityzens clinched the English Premier League title, while the Blues confirmed their final spot in the first four teams in the table, thanks to a Tottenham win over Leicester on the last day of the season.
